Goals 2007
I do not normally do this at the beginning of the year because then it is like I am just another guy who is making his New Year's resolutions. The fact is I have done this twice before with above-average results, and both occurred because I had a desire to do some mid-year self-improvement projects. Anyway, how is that for an explanation?
Goals 2007:
1. Get a raise and/or promotion.
2. Be a good Chinese person and visit the Great Wall.
3. Take a real class (Piano doesn't count).
4. Make a new friend, and bonus points if he or she is gay.
5. Double my housing down payment savings total.
6. Pick up a new hobby that doesn't involve dance, video games, or sports.
7. Cook at home 3 times a week, and ramen doesn't count.
8. Read a good book per quarter (1 finance, 1 non-fiction, 1 classic, 1 interest).
9. Reconnect with my old high school and college friends.
10. Volunteer, teach, or coach little league.
